- Delivery Styles & Lifecycles - Understand the lifecycles phases, different styles, including waterfall and agile, and when to use which.
- Leadership, Team Dynamics, Roles & Responsibilities - Learn what a project manager does, what support is needed, how to track responsibilities, and building a strong team.
- Project Design, Planning & Budgeting - Learn to plan a project from start to finish, considering resources needed, milestones, scheduling, and dependency management.
DAY 2
- Scope management, Problem Analysis & Goal Setting - Use root cause analysis techniques to understand the problem deeply, lean techniques to solve them, and set the right goals.
- Communications & Stakeholder Management - Examine communication models and tools and learn to deal with difficult stakeholders.
- Risks, Constraints & Dependencies - Learn the difference between constraints and dependencies, risk analyses and risk management.
